**Warm PARBAKED GOODIES in a 375˚F oven for 10 min until you reach 165F internal temperature.
**Bake FROZEN UNBAKED EMPANADAS in 450˚F oven. Do not defrost! Place on a parchment-lined or oil-lined baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash. Bake until light golden brown . Time: 15-20min . TIP: Ovens vary so keep an eye on them (specially cheesy ones) after 10min. You may want to remove baking sheet from oven, allow to cool for 5min, and then continue baking.
**QUICHES: If frozen, cover with aluminum foil, bake for 30 minutes in 350F oven, then remove foil for a few more minutes until it reaches internal temperature of 165F. If defrosted , warm in 375F oven for 15min approximately.
**GAUCHO STYLE SHEPHERD'S PIE: If frozen, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350F on bottom rack. Then remove foil and bake another 30 min until light golden brown.
